STEPHANIE OLIVER
Stephanie was born and raised in Iqaluit, Nunavut. From Arctic Canada, she traveled to the Atlantic Coast and completed a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Globalization at Dalhousie University. Her courses involving International Business, paired with a keen interest in law and justice, led her to the University of Leeds in England where she successfully obtained her Bachelor of Laws. Returning to Canada, Stephanie achieved her Master of Laws (Common Law) at the University of British Columbia’s Peter A. Allard School of Law, and articled at a solicitor’s firm on the North Shore gaining hands on experience through assisting clients in a busy practice.
Prior to law school, Stephanie gained experience working for the Government of Nunavut in roles as a Budget Analyst, Court Clerk, and Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator. While at UBC, she volunteered with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program (LSLAP), which allowed for opportunities to build on client interactions and professional development.
Stephanie was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2020, and is always available to assist clients with their Wills and Estates, Real Estate, and Business legal needs.
When not in the office, Stephanie is happiest outside, exploring the Okanagan hiking paths and enjoying time by (and on) the lake. When not outdoors, she is challenging herself in the kitchen – cooking, baking and, taste testing new recipes.
