Barry estimates that in his almost 25 years of practice, he has been involved in and supervised well over  15,000 real estate transactions. 

When electronic filing was introduced in B.C., he was engaged by the Law Society’s Continuing Legal Education program to present the system to other lawyers and real estate paralegals in the region.

He has seen it all and can successfully guide clients through all aspects of real estate transactions including purchases, sales, mortgages; commercial transactions; and First Nation leased land conveyancing.
